House gets off from current owner's hand if the person is being inactive?
I mean, the house will be available for other players to purchase if the current house owner is being inactive on server for too long time?

Right, knowing that would help.
Even if there are not that many houses available

I'm quite sure i wasnt inactive for 30 days, i must have logged in a week or two ago just to check, or did i have to visit the house itself?

You probably need to enter house so it gonna consider as active. When i see you last time, you didn't visit to your house and remained on outside before leaving.

So there is something like that in place.. interesting.
And yes, i suppose you have to enter the house to keep it as "active".
Thank you for letting us know.
